I have gotten through most of the installation procedures but when I goto register a site feature I get the following alert:
Site
The feature being activated is a Site scoped feature which has a dependency on a Site Collection scoped feature which has not been activated. Please activate the following feature before trying again: MacroView ClauseBank Core 9e100f21-4164-4ebb-a57b-1c5e7f9482f8
I do not see the MacroView ClauseBank Core available to activate.

Never mind - I was trying to do this at the site level and not the site collection level.
