user to retrieve documents from SharePoint in much the same way as when using a

‘Smart Templates’ for Client Sites & Matter/Project Libraries. Document libraries
created using these templates automatically assign Client / Matter meta-data,
which minimises user profiling effort when saving a document, file or email

Unique Document Numbering automatically assigns a unique
Document ID to each file as it is saved to SharePoint. Supports unique Ids in the footers of Word and Excel documents.
‘Save to SharePoint’ from Adobe – streamlines saving and meta-data capture for
PDFs direct from Adobe Acrobat.
Client-Matter web service and Business Data Catalog definitions that provide an
excellent starting point for integration with existing Practice Management and
CRM systems. Also included is a prototype SharePoint-based Client Management
application, which enables rapid deployment and testing.
