WISDOM ClauseBank is a
document builder that uses Microsoft® SharePoint® to streamline
document assembly of sales proposals, financial plans, legal documents or HR
correspondence.

WISDOM ClauseBank makes it easy to find, preview and insert the
categorised and fully formatted text and
graphics (clauses) directly into your documents. The re-usable content items
(clauses) are stored in Clause Libraries within Microsoft
SharePoint®.
WISDOM ClauseBank runs in Microsoft®
Word. It displays a menu of available content items ('clauses') which the
user can preview and select. ClauseBank then inserts the selected item(s) at the
current point in the user's Word document. Previews and inserted items are fully
formatted.
The Automatic Expiry Alert feature of WISDOM ClauseBank ensures that that
only up-to-date content is available from ClauseBank. WISDOM ClauseBank
maintains usage logs so that you can obtain reports showing the
utilisation of the various items in the ClauseBank.
The web-based nature of Microsoft SharePoint®,
publishing new and revised content in WISDOM ClauseBank is a simple matter
of saving a document from Microsoft Word®
- all authorized users are then immediately able to view and re-use the new
content item, regardless of their location.
