MacroView Precedent
 
MacroView Precedent is a Document Automation System with the SharePoint® difference. It runs in Microsoft® Word® and uses Microsoft SharePoint to retrieve data from intranets, extranets and existing databases. The result is an automated document generation system that is easy to use, readily maintainable and very efficient in operation.

A major Australian Bank used a solution based on MacroView Precedent to automate the generation of its commercial lending agreements and related documents. In production the solution is used by 1,500 staff around Australia and has enabled a 50% improvement in productivity of loan document preparation.
