Preview and arrange clauses before they are inserted into your document with from our uncluttered user interface.		The Automatic Expiry Alert feature ensures that only up-to-date content is available from the clause library.
Eliminate the need to reformat the your document by hand as all formatting and styles are retained as clauses are retrieved from SharePoint.		Generate reports of the most used clauses with via the Usage Logging feature. A range of languages are suppoorted including Simplified Chinese.
Maintain and publish new or revised content simply by saving a document from Microsoft Word® to SharePoint. Published items are immediately available to all authorized users, regardless of their location.		Runs in Microsoft® Word, Outlook and PowerPoint (2003, 2007 and 2010).
The Clause Link feature reduces maintenance effort by requiring only one copy of a commonly used clause to be present though it appears in many places.
